Way Stark is an esport pioneer and gaming professional with over 15 years of experience in streaming and professional gaming. He played a quintessential role in the early development of East Coast Collegiate esports and the growing convention scene.
Stark has always been avid about uplifting those around him when possible, often looking for unique talent to bring to gaming scenes throughout his recruiting efforts. Although Stark’s true passion is for the fighting game community, he goes above and beyond for anything competitive.

Mary LaGasse (Nara) – COO
Nara’s role as our Chief Operations Officer is the perfect blend of her skills as a Human Resources Specialist and her love for organizing and assisting in operations. These passions of hers often show even in her gaming habits. Her passion for helping people excel in their own career paths has led her to striving to make the HR field about helping the employees grow in order to help their company grow. Her abilities to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently are a value to any organization.
These passions carry over into her love for gaming as well. While she has never been one for competitive gaming she loved working in roles within her games that assist those who are competing. Often she prefers to play support roles or co-op games that allow all people to grow together to accomplish their quests and missions.
Mikomi Chan – CO
Mikomi has been working in the geek entertainment space for a decade with live events, costume design and modeling, education, and esports. Through her costuming work Mikomi has won multiple awards, featured in numerous publications, magazines, television shows, and news outlets. Mikomi has traveled the country and internationally to teach and mentor aspiring cosplayers. Mikomi is also a professional shout caster, coach, streamer, and esports public speaker.
In 2017, Mikomi shifted focus and signed as the first female Overwatch team captain in North America to PrideStark Gaming. In her two-year run with the organization, she won multiple Top 2 placements, and was voted to multiple tournament All-Star teams. After retiring as a player, Mikomi decided to go into marketing and entrepreneurship. She founded Hope Entertainment at the end of 2020, and her company was recently acquired by PrideStark Empire. Since returning to PSRK with the Hope Entertainment merger, Mikomi has moved into the Chief Compliance and Events Officer. In this new position, Mikomi’s goal is to elevate PSRK to a new level with content and live events strategies.
